From 2009 our team at QSOFT has developed and supported Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) online store. We started the project from scratch and went live in a record 2 months. We have worked continuously to upgrade functionality and scale the entire infrastructure of the online store to ensure stable operation during heavy traffic.
Our team has developed a complex solution to automate large retailer internet commerce. The solution we created includes interfaces for call-center operations, POS (point of sales) terminals, marketing campaign managers to increase reoccurring customers, as well as complex functionality for increasing revenue per customer through a recommendation engine. The solution also offers an insight into the analysis of employee KPI.
The system aggregates an enormous amount of logistical data, and allows the system operator to accurately inform buyers of the most convenient way to purchase goods (including “In-store pickup”) as well as handle certain actions through system automated triggers based on customer actions and requests.
